The History of Trade

How it all began:-

As man harvested their land they often ended up with surplus goods, they would trade these goods for others goods within their community. This led to 'markets' being formed, where they could make a profit!

People began to travel from town to town, village to village to purchase and sell their goods.

Definitions:-

Peddlers - Who would purchase any goods to make profit.

Producers - Who would produce their one specific product only, e.g poultry.

After markets were formed, shops began to appear and were originally run by family members only.

Today this is obviously very different, times have evolved emensely and in today society retail is a very competative market.
